AT&T expands 4G LTE to 47 markets

On Monday AT&T announced they’ve added seven additional 4G LTE networks, which allows them to now cover almost 80 million people. Their 4G LTE service can be found in 47 markets and if your not lucky to be in an LTE area their HSPA+ network called “4G” is available to over 260 million people. The company’s latest markets include Greensboro-Winston Salem, N.C.; Corpus Christi, Texas; Gainesville, Ga.; Buffalo, NY; Burlington, Vt.; Wichita, Kan; and Cleveland, Ohio. AT&T’s goal is to cover all major U.S. metro areas with 4G LTE by the end of 2013.
