Samsung Galaxy Tablet To Feature Sprint 4G

Samsung Tab

Samsung has been getting a lot of press lately with their lineup of Galaxy 'S' phones like the Sprint Epic 4G. After the success of Apple's iPad, Samsung decided to expand beyond phones and release a tablet called the Galaxy Tab. Unnamed sources at BGR (Boy Genius Reports) have said that this device will be CDMA capable and available on Sprint in November. After the success of the HTC EVO and Samsung Epic 4G, it would only make sense for them to integrate 4G support into this new tablet. With 4G support, this device will have an edge for HD streaming over Apples 3G iPad. There has been no concrete pricing for this device, however, sources are speculating a $900 price point without a subsidy (2/yr contract) and a $300 price point with a new 2/YR contract. With a contract this device will be priced $200 less than the baseline Apple iPad and feature 4G support making it a serious contender!
