According to Android Police, photos have emerged for Sprint's latest 4G capable phone, rumored to be called the HTC EVO Shift. Unlike the HTC EVO 4G, the EVO Shift 4G features a full QWERTY keyboard, which will appeal to users that love physical keyboards but don't want give up screen size for a keyboard. The only option currently available on Sprint that's both 4G-capable and features a QWERTY keyboard is the Samsung Epic 4G. However, unlike the EVO, the Epic 4G uses a smaller 4" display compared to the 4.3" display that the EVO features. It's hard to judge from the leaked photo but it appears that this new phone will also feature a small trackpad on the right side of the keyboard, and it doesn't appear to add much thickness compared to the HTC EVO 4G.
The EVO Shift hasn't been announced officially by HTC or Sprint, so we will have to wait to see the official specs and availability. Stay tuned!
